“Room had a musty odor, walls appeared to be patched and there was what appeared to be mold. Towel rack was completely broken off the wall. Toilet kept getting clogged. Entry door did not seal properly. To top it off, there was a long black hair in the eggs they served for breakfast.”
“The location was convenient and there were plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself was clean. There were no in room amenities that I could see. Two of the three hotel representatives were very nice. One not so much. Yelling after guests rather than getting up to interact with them is tacky to say the least. $6 for a bottle of soda and $2 for a bottle of water is a bit much. Breakfast didn’t have much choice and the plates were paper and cutlery plastic. Coffee was around……
“This was my first time to the Hamptons and it was very enjoyable. The property we stayed at was a good part of making our 5 day stay so successful. The salt water pool was clean and was right on the bay. The deck, also on the bay, was a lovely place to have our coffee and breakfast. They also had a parking pass for the beach, which saved us the $40 or $50 non-resident parking fee! Brothers Patrick and Brian shared their knowledge of places to go and restaurants to frequent. “Firstly- really loved the hotel and will be back. Very peaceful and laid back, love that it’s dog friendly and adults only. Location is ace and just really aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast baskets are lovely, bit of variety and real milk would be nice.
Now the not so great stuff, the rooms are in need of some serious maintenance- especially for the price! There were fruit fly infestations in our room and my MILs who was 2 doors down and I heard someone else complain at the front desk. They……
