“Bitterly disappointed with this hotel. On reading the website when booking it advertises sea, relaxation and comfort. However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. At the spa centre again the same story with the sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and steam room all closed. On asking why “just because they are”. Presumably again open on 1st June. “Very wonderful propert between Catania and Taormina with a great location near the Etna park entrances and local wineries. With a great onsite restaurant and small pool it made a great stopover.”

“This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!”
