“The hotel is beautiful in a large estate-like property so it is very grand. The area is quiet but close to the town. You can walk to town (about 12 minute walk). The room was small (we got the classic room) but comfortable since we didn't spent much time there as we were in town most of the day. I would stay there again. It has great history.”

“This place was really nice. I totally enjoyed my stay. The room was updated, fresh and clean. The staff was courteous. There is a golf course next door. I walked some of the path after they closed at sunset and it was beautiful. The restaurant on site was excellent. It was so convenient and the food was great. ”

“We really like staying at the Gison's Warehouse. I felt so comfortable in the room - it was clean, stylish, roomy, and had extras that made us feel important. The woman (assuming she is the owner) made sure we got in okay and shared with us where to dine. We will be traveling by there frequently and plan on making this one of our usual stops. Thanks for a wonderful experience! ”

“Our stay was part of a week long trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We cannot say enough great things about our stay- our room was comfortable and cozy- the entire inn and staff are perfect for a quiet getaway and we didn’t want to leave. Food is excellent and many fun things to do close by including wineries and historic places and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Highly recommend- Brenda and Kevin are amazing hosts and people. We will be back!! ”
