“The space is too small, the ironing board and the iron are old and broken, and the morning is monotonous.”

“Good location near the highway and in a historic district. We were awakened at 5am by the trash dumpster being emptied. So not happy about that.”

“Clean, quiet, and convenient. The breakfast, however, left a bit to be desired. The pancake machine had a sign saying it was out of order. The cinnamon rolls the first day were wonderful but were informed the second and third days that “the truck” would not arrive until after we departed. The biscuits were hard as rocks. This needs some attention. Not terrible but lacking the care given to the rest of the property.”

“Hotel was overall nice. The elevator was out for one night of our stay and the 4 flights of stairs were not fun to navigate.”

“I was initially given a room with a broken lock and no working AC. I went back to the lobby to request another room, and was given a second room that was filthy. There was dirt in the corners of the room, a foul sewage odor that came from the bathroom, the bathroom toiletries looked as if they were just thrown on the counter and the bedding was stained. Not long after I checked in, the power went completely out. Not to mention that there were very suspicious people outside of my room for two……

“WiFi connectivity is virtually nonexistent and dead bugs are commonplace. The reception was rude and begrudgingly assisted with an inoperative room key and assigned a room with twin beds as opposed to the king sized bed I requested. When I complained and requested a switch he tried to make excuses to not give me what I asked for but relented after a somewhat lengthy disagreement. The stay was uneventful afterwards but I will be staying elsewhere next time.”
