Breakfast was the usual fare, without cooked oatmeal. The coffee was very good. My only complaint was with Expedia. I had ro cancel the second night of a two night reservation. Expedia's online virtual agent was useless. Finally, I was able to chat with a person. He was difficult to work with and it took much longer than it……

“Upon check in we explained to the front desk clerk very clearly that we had two reservations and specifically asked that she put us in a room that we could stay in for the duration of our stay because we didn’t want to have to change rooms. She sent us to our room after assuring us we could stay in our room for two nights. She was unsuccessful at doing this and we had to interrupt our visit with our friends to return to the hotel to change rooms. This was disruptive and annoying but what was……

The space was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with basic cooking items, though spices were minimal. The location is a big plus—easy walking distance to downtown restaurants—and we would definitely stay here again.”

“They advertise a breakfast! Hah!! It was a single muffin and a single small yogurt. 2 of the days I was there the food was gone by 7:30. And the sign asked customers to only take one. Also, they have smoking rooms. This caused the hallway and all the rooms on my floor to stink. The only amenity is an ice machine.”
