“Had a great stay here during a weekend of hiking. The cabin is incredibly nice inside and out. The hot tub was clutch after the hikes. Friend especially loved the bathroom amenities (heated floor, heated towel rack). The front deck is beautiful especially in the morning with a bit of running water nearby, hummingbirds hovering, and across the fence cows grazing. Location-wise it's both off the beaten path enough to have a relaxing/get away feel but close enough to towns to have options on going……

While it’s about a 30-minute drive to the nearest store, it truly adds to the quiet, getaway experience, so we recommend bringing what you need ahead of time.The cabin itself was spotless and very well stocked with essentials, including K-cup pods, ice in the freezer, trash bags, towels, and more. “Location was great, right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Be sure to take screenshots of your check-in code before arriving as there’s spotty Wi-Fi so we couldn’t even call the host. We drove down the road until we got LTE bars on cell phone and then we could check in. Bed was comfy, shower good. Lots of privacy; didn’t hear the neighbors in the cabin next to Dripping Rock. Didn’t use the big tub. Loved the quiet location & all the fireflies. Saw lots of deer & bunnies. Arrived during the Canadian……
