“Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel is a perfect launching point for a Costa Rican vacation and the pool area and restaurant are terrific. For in and great food and drink choices and options and very fair pricing. The property is extremely clean and the rooms are spotless with modern updates.”

“Stayed with my family at the resort for a week - it was our first time in Costa Rica, and overall the stay was good. The views are absolutely stunning and very aesthetic, the beach is within a 3-minute walk, and there’s a convenient shuttle that takes you around the property.
That said, the all-inclusive food was disappointing. The options were very limited and repetitive (mostly rice, chicken, etc.). The rooms also do not have WiFi, it’s only available in the main lobby and restaurant……

“Planned this vacation for our honeymoon and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They always made sure we comfortable and accommodated properly without us having to ask, especially Shay. The environment was beautiful and so many amazing views, we were immersed in so much nature and enjoyed experiences such a tropical vibe. “Angie, in reception, was extremely helpful and friendly. We needed to change rooms and she was very understanding and helped us quickly. Breakfast was fresh, healthy and good. We enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach. One morning we went into the water very early, prior to breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding grounds. The one negative was the first night when a local establishment blasted techno music until 3am.”
