“Deer Harbor is Awesome! And the Deer Harbor Inn is a great place to stay! Once we had the key code for our room we found a cozy, inviting environment. We turned on the fireplace/heater and warmed it up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well lit. The parking was right behind the building and we could see our car from our room which was nice.”

“Our unit overlooks the water. Kitchen is fully equipped and it would be great for families who love to cook their own meals. The front desk staff is very friendly and gave great suggestions for first time visitors like us. I love gardens and I think they just need to upkeep some of the plants to give the courtyard a better appeal. Did not find a walkway from the property grounds to the street which is too bad because this is located right on the edge of the town area. Overall though, great place……

“Didn't use the hot tub. The breakfast was just what I ordered and it was excellent.”

“This was a beautiful property about a mile and a half outside of town, so it was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and even had generous bathrobes too use. I would stay here again the next time I am on San Juan Island!”

“This place is class on every level…from the room cleanliness, to fresh baked cookies in the evening, to the delicious breakfast, to the informative host. But what sets it above all others is the evening’s piano event which should not be missed. We had a 3 night stay and we hope to return.”

“STAY here if you love kind hosts, comfy beds, the best breakfast & ofcourse the hottub! We stayed 1 night in the nuthatch room & already can’t wait to be back! Give yourself time to enjoy the porch while sipping hot tea too! The hosts even made my breakfast dairy free without any issues ”
