"It took quite a while to check in was not aware of $100 deposit for security and it had to be on a credit card other than that the rooms were good very nice layout they could have used more staff"

"The room was very comfortable and roomy. Just a few suggestions. In the bathroom, there needs to be some wall grips in the bathroom area. The toilet sits low so some people may need to extra help. In the shower, the floor is very slippery so some kind of mantis needed. "

There is a snack bar w more including ice cream etc. Very clean spacious 1 bedroom w microwave mid size fridges and table settings incase you want to order in for dinner. Breakfast included! "

"I feel you get a lot of value for your money. Costello who worked the food and beverage services in the evenings is just fantastic. The only downside I had to this hotel is the noise. room was definitely not sound proof at all. "

"We just got home last night from our vacation! We stayed here for a week and a half! It was nice! They have a great pool and hot tub. Laundry on sixth floor and coffee every morning! The outdoor area is great to relax by the fire pit and walk the dog in the grass! Great place for kids and pets! We in joyed and will be back again! "

Air conditioner was trying to keep up and it never got below 71 (even with the hotel lock set at 68). Shower temperatures were good but shower spray was not that great. Hotel was quiet even though it is nestled in a nice little business/entertainment center. We walked to Chicken N Pickle, the eateries, and the movie theatre. "Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Our family was able to congregate in the lobby, which was vety appreciated. Our room and the lobby was as pictured. The space looked to be recently updated. The pool area was an older space but was still a nice way to unwind. The staff was excellent! Overall a great experience."
