“Checking in was down when we arrived. They took us to our room and then made us come back to lobby. Called later for keys and payment. $100 a day fee/hold that was not listed on Expedia. Refundable if everything was ok?? Our phone did not work the whole time we were there. No book with introduction of property. No lists of things to do or on property restaurant. They didn't clear our room last night.”
