“If you want to clean your own hotel room or apartment during your stay and be treated like you’re asking for a favor every time you request clean towels or fresh bed linens, then this is the hotel for you.
After three days, instead of housekeeping replacing our towels and bed sheets, they simply threw a bag with clean linens outside our door and expected us to do everything ourselves. This is not the level of service you expect from a hotel.
We received no real assistance from the staff……

“Comfortable and air-conditioned with entertaining view of the pool from 4th floor. Staff all very helpful, our linen was changed every 3 days as we were told. Very convenient location, with good Mercadona supermarket on ground floor of building, less than 10 minutes to the railway station and less than 15 min to the beach. Hundreds of restaurants, ice-cream 'Helataria' and 'Gelateria' everywhere!

“Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Very good position for the beach and many restaurants and bars.
Annoyed on our last night that the SkyBar wasn't open because football was on. Not everybody is interested in Football!

“Pluses - Convenient for train and bus stations - 10 mins. Easy to find on beach front. Close to Fuengirola centre. Hotel and rooms seem to have been refreshed since last visit (May last year).
Negative - no hand rail in shower, which could make it difficult if you are elderly or infirm as there is nothing to grab hold of when exiting the shower.”
