“The hotel stay was excellent overall. Everything about the property, service, and accommodations was great. The only issue was with one of the breakfast waiters. He was very rude and treated us differently from other guests. We noticed he offered other people coffee to go, but when we asked, he told us we were not allowed to take drinks out. His attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional. Aside from that experience, everything else during our stay was excellent.”

“This could be a magnificent property with a location close to the hospital, and in a physically demanding location. While the room was in clean condition with fresh sheets, a working AC, the parking left much to be desired. With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. A sign noted there was no longer an option for shuttle service, the……

“AC didn’t work, man at front counter during check in was rude, didn’t want to accept my credit card, after a quick call to the manager he was told to take my card, his response to me was “you’ll get your refund when you get it”. Anything I asked him or said to him seemed to be a major inconvenience, I guess it cut into his game time on his phone. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.”
