“We were lucky not to have any issues with overbooking of rooms that other folks did, but elevator didn’t work and we were on the 5th floor (24 weeks pregnant). Also, 10am in the morning a maintenance man just let himself into the room! We weren’t checked out yet and he just barged right in! “Upon entering the hotel I could tell it wasn’t up corporate standards. The check in clerk was friendly and was able to get to my room in a short amount of time.
