“Our family of 5 enjoyed a 4 night stay whilst we explored Nairobi. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. “It’s true that the place is dated, shower water in one of the three rooms we booked was not hot, all shower rooms leaked quite badly… But the staffs are nice & helpful, front desk was very kind to upgrade one of the 3 room booked 19th - 21st & the room we booked after our safari trips on 27th to a suite, indeed a very convenient & comfortable arrangement for the family of 5. we particularly like its great location !!! 1 min walk from the very convenient Westgate mall where there are forex……
