“This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A.N. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. We booked a room with a large deck - enough room for 2 loungers, a bistro set, and a bit tub (with unheated water perfect for cooling off in). We spent quite a bit of time on that deck. Breakfast was very good as well. Good……

“Check-in was smooth and effortless. For a economy room I expected a shoe box so was pleasantly surprised. Not huge but more spacious than expected and bright. Small patio with a piece of ocean view for poor people like myself. The bed was super comfortable as well as pillows and linens. Breakfast offered MANY choices. No one should go hungry here. Luggage storage was also available. I recommend this hotel with no hesitation. ”

“We had a fabulous time at the cottages, it is so tranquil and the properties are beautiful and well equipped. Ioana was a fantastic host and gave us lots of great recommendations. Would say its not really walkable to the beach as the roads are steep and windy and not well lit so car needed. There are dining options within walking distance. Highly recommended.”

“Just home from a lovely stay at the Selena. The hotel is situated about 1.5-2 km outside of Elounda. It's s pleasant walk in along the coast path and there are buses or taxis in if you don't fancy a walk. All rooms, i believe, have sea views and what a fabulous view I had from my balcony! The island of Spinalonga, just opposite Plaka (smaller town approx 2 km away and in my opinion well worth a taxi ride away for it's wonderful array of different shops and restaurants) is in clear view from……
