“When we checked in, the AC was not cooling, the bathroom mirror light was not working. They could not fix either of the two issues. They did not have spare bulb for the light. They tried to work on the AC and could just get it to work with minimum cooling which was not enough for Sri Lankan weather. There wasn't a single soap or other toiletries kept in the room. “This property was perfect for my purpose, which was to have a place to lay my head for 4 hours after leaving CMB airport and waiting for my tour guide to pick me up at 6AM. They let me in at around 12/1 in the morning, directed me to the clean shared bathroom upstairs, and let me go directly to sleep. I literally walked out and waved goodbye in the morning, no check out required thanks to having settled everything via Expedia. Extremely low cost option for a quick and safe snooze.”
