“Stayed with family for 3 nights. We loved this place. Ample parking spaces. Restaurant and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast lounge was stocked with cereal, milk, utensils etc. Only suggestion I'd give would be to replace the cutleries twice a day instead of once. Since people do bring takeaway food and eat in the lounge during the evenings, the cutleries get used up a lot and very few is left out for when we go for breakfast in the mornings. This is probably why there were reviews that used……

“The location is very good, very east to find, it is a very peaceful area, it also has the sea view from my room, parking can park next to the supermarket. However the room is very small, but it should be very small in the overall highland area, just depends how much you pay. Thanks!”

“An out of the way, very comfortable and welcoming, stay for the road-weary, traveling the highlands… only regret is that our itinerary prevented us staying longer! Out of the way but close enough to anything you’re visiting in the area, Skye, Eileen Donan… ”

“The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.”
