“The shower didn’t have a steady stream of water. The pool could’ve been more clean. Did not like the location of the faucet controls. Love the evening reception and happy hour! Elevators were clean but there was a spill of goldfish for a long time in one elevator. We had an AMAZING stay overall. Thanks for all the staff who cleaned and served us during our stay!”

“We booked a room with one king bed. We were given a room with 2 queen beds, when I told the desk person he had to call the manager stating there were none available. Then we were given a room with one king bed that looked like some had used the bed and just made the top to look good.
