"The overall experience was very good, the only inconvenience is that the hotel is located very close to a station where we didn’t feel very safe, in special at night."

"The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition. "

"Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception. Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only. As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although...
