“I would definitely stay here again while visiting family in Birmingham. The front desk people were always great. Jen was super nice to me all the time. Breakfast was fine in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Thanks again to Jen and the friendly staff.”

“Well it was one of the worst experiences I have had traveling. Ironing board inoperative , no iron in room, No hairdryer in room, no ac outlet in bathroom . We were there for a wedding and had to sit on floor in bdrm ( to plug in ) in front of a mirror. Electronic shade worked intermittently. Will not be back.”

“The room we reserved was not available. The attendant at the front desk seemed on edge that we even booked through a 3rd party. She even made a comment along the lines of “not giving a damn”. I am not sure what part of the reservation she would be referring to. There was a gentleman I was working with that seemed like he was still in training but he was very professional. All in all they found us a room but not before we were told they didn’t have a room for us. That a little confusing and……

“Good cheap place when you are playing baseball in hoover. BBQ was good. Showers were hot and water pressure was great. Free laundry service was very nice and came in handy washing jerseys. Kitchen in the room was also great. Pool was warm as we stayed in the summer and was quiet.”
