"Stayed one night and was perfect for attending an event at Tik Tok Stadium. Close to George Street, which in turn was close to shopping and food places."

Getting there was half the fun. Got the Opal card for public transportation, then we took the train from the airport to Circular-Quay, then a short ferry (9 minutes) to the dock at Cremorne Point, the first stop. On the way we passed between the Sydney Opera House, and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. From there it was a very short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the Cremorne Point Manor. Very convenient. That said, it's a decent uphill grade from the dock, so if you have lots of luggage or mobility...

My family (2 adults, 1 child) booked the studio at Dalziel Lodge for a few days. I thought the studio was in the house but it turned out to be a converted garage, which meant that it was very quiet. The floor slants slightly, but other than that the accomodations were clean and comfortable, with our own key card that let us in to the main house and our studio.

This was our base for a two and a half day visit to Sydney. We flew in and jumped on the rail to Circular Quay and walked two blocks to hotel. We were early, but they had a room for us. We had heard in some reviews that it was noisy. I would suspect that the others had a room looking onto George St where two pubs exist on the first floor in the same building. We were given an inside room that shared a semi-private courtyard with one other room. We had no problems with noise. The room was well...

Charming hotel, about 6 blocks from botanical park makes for a beautiful (and not long) stroll to the opera. the queen room was smaller than expected, go for the king.
Only problem could be the carpeted rooms. It gave me allergy, so if you are prone to allergies the hotel is not recommended.

Mariners Court, remember this place! The room was fine, pleasant bed, tv, hot water as needed, all good.
And the room had a little balcony! All the rooms had balconies; sit outside a minute in the pleasant breeze! And down the hall a lounge area! Relax, you’ve been touring and traveling, so sit! Take a load off.
But…
But……..!
Breakfast!!! And a GOOD Breakfast! Provided gratis.
We stayed at three different places in Sydney in April & May. The other two were each more expensive, and then you go...

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Very nice employees. Very quiet even thought the rooms are located above the pub. Great food and beer at the pub. The continental breakfast was good, but recommend that more selections be added. There is not an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.

I really loved this hotel. Nicely renovated and beautifully decorated. The digital check in was great for our late arrival. The bathrooms are very stylish. I’ll come again!

We’ve been traveling around the world for a few years now and while we don’t go for the super luxurious ones, this one is a jewel. It’s probably among the most comfortable hotel we’ve stayed at for the value. The staff went above and beyond any hotel staff I’ve ever seen. I’d definitely book here again when I return to Sydney! Location is fantastic too! You guys rock!

A superb location, right on the beach. Inexpensive comparing with other hotels in the area, friendly staff, clean, and it has all the traveler's basic needs. If you dont feel dealing with the burning Sun and lack of the shade on the beach, the hotel offers a small pool on the roof with a pretty view of the beach and with umbrella and lounge chairs.
The hotel is located within 10min walk from Manly Wharf, the local restaurants, grocery stores, coffee and souvenir shops are also within 5min walk...
