“All staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The original concierge /reception gentleman was extra kind and thoughtful enough to allow me an early check in without charge until his female manager stopped him and demanded I pay an early check in fee of AUD100 to which I refused. My check in date was October 7 ( Monday) which is a public holiday, if Ibis would like to check their staff roster log they will be able to find out which staff go out of their way to make guest want to come back and stay……
