“Room could be a bit cleaner, staff were super friendly, gym was great for the equipment and breakfast was quite delicious. Overall, pretty great stay. Only complaint was needing to buy water from the staff instead of being complementary.”

There was confusion over where to eat on the property. we went to eat at the beach restaurant and it was closing so they sent us to the restaurant in the building where we could only get a buffet. there was only 1 elevator and it was not working part of the day and we were on the 4th floor. Very confusing layout of rooms as there are different levels and staircasses to access the rooms. Nice beach area. ”

“A great one-night stay after disembarking from a cruise. The hotel and room were spotless. The room was huge! There was a full kitchen which sadly we did not have the opportunity to use. Many rooms have balconies and outdoor seating areas. The wifi was excellent, and the TV was smart with loads of viewing options. There is a nice small pool in the central court, and the beach is a 2 minute walk. There is a decent mall with a pharmacy/grocery store that sells just about everything you need. Lots……

“The cleanliness and work by staff was outstanding. The Pool and premises were very beautiful. The nearness to the beach and good shopping is excellent. The things to be improved are the Internet. It was working well for two weeks and after the hotel was under new ownership it cut in and out. The Fridge leaked water. A promise to repair was not carried out in 3 weeks. The room safe was broken. The promise of replacement was not carried out. When using the phone to contact reception the 100 number……

“Service from staff was easily accessible but not intrusive. Surroundings clean, tasteful, comfortable and private. Venue was excellent for rest and relaxation. Facilities - kitchen utensils, room, air-conditioning etc modern, fully functional and carefully placed for the comfort of occupants. I appreciated the layout and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would visit again.”
