“Our butlers, Pierre and Kaleifa, were extremely helpful and pleasant. Overall, most of the staff were very welcoming, especially Danielle, Krystal, Nicholi, and Chad. The resort itself is gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful, and honestly, the pictures do them no justice. However, given the size of the property, I feel it would be better classified as a boutique hotel. “I love The Crane and the Residences has always been my favourite place to stay on property. No sea view but it feels for private. I bit of a damp smell was in the room but that may be the limestone. Never the less, a lovely stay as usual. Staff are very nice.”

“Very friendly staff and clean would recommend staying here beach was very nice and pool”

“Enjoyed the stay”

“Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Not a party resort. Excellent staff, food was delicious. Small resort , so small pool area and beach but more than enough room to accommodate all the guests without feeling crowded at all. I would return.”

“Wonderful stay! Relaxing, saw a sting ray while swimming in the Ocean and a turtle nesting on the beach. Perfect amount of space in the unit so everyone could relax. Property had onsite outdoor casual restaurant (just check the hours in off season). Great trip.”
