The apartment itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Monica was super-helpful and provided us with useful suggestions for places to see. "Luggage lockers were great for us and free to use with your booking. the room was great, nicely decorated and you get two sets of duvets which was great for 2 people sharing the bed. The bed was a great size and didn’t feel cramped, bathroom was lovely and shower was fab. You get shampoo, conditioner and soap plus a hair dryer, you just need to bring your own toothpaste. It can be loud with the window open but totally fine when closed, there’s air conditioning so you can keep the windows closed...

"This room exceeded our expectations. The room and especially the bathroom was spotless clean. Roomy, bright, clean, quiet, within walking distance from Old Town. Ok, no breakfast or dining facilities but we didn't need that because we were out all day. We would definitely book again if visiting Prague. Only remark we would make is the carpet could be treated to remove stains but everything else was so clean and lovely."

Adjacent underground parking had to be prepaid online which was impossible for us (non-European) to do due to security issues. "The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. It was an easy walk to the old town center. The tram line ran in front of the hotel, if needed. Our room was very warm so we opened our window to cool it down. There was a Lidl next to the hotel which was convenient "

The bathroom was large with a big tub/rainfall shower combo - - it is so wonderful to see hotels /apartments with big beautiful bathrooms like this! Kitchenette had everything you need and there are numerous supermarkets and shops within 5 mins - including a shop and two coffee houses just outside the door and a beautiful old church on the corner. "The hotel is on a Main Street, easy walk to everything with many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. We missed the breakfast at the main location a few doors down. We were able to leave our bags. The room was very spacious and clean. We had front windows with a view to the Christmas markets and all the action. It was a bit loud but we slept well. If you are a light sleeper, it would be a problem. The bed was hard but comfortable. It didn’t bother us. Would recommend it."
