“The person who checked us in on Monday was very nice. Toilet paper hadn't been refilled and bathroom wasn't clean. There were people loitering outside the hotel, which made us very uneasy. There was a lady walking through the hotel lobby with a shopping cart who was clearly homeless. The girl behind the counter was trying to get her to leave.
