“The room was clean and comfy. But the property was not well maintained up to standard. When we entered the room, we heard the water constantly running in the toilet tank. Opened it and found the water inlet soft tube was interfering with the flapper. Fixed it. The we saw the towel hanging bar was tilted. The bar actually was not installed properly. 4 exposed #8 screws clamped the bases of the hanging bars to the wall. Totally unprofessional. The hotel rooms are built from apartment buildings.……

“I needed an early check in for a wedding timeframe. I called a couple days ahead, they said they were fully booked but to call back day of. I did that, spoke with front desk gal, Emmie ( spelling?) anyway she said she would work on it, I was about a hour and half away. When I walked in she said, she had helped the staff and got a room ready for us. WOW! Such great service... The morning breakfast is exceptional. I will definitely stay here again.”
