“My husband and I stayed at the Heritage Inn for one night with our dog as we were in town for work. Overall, we had a great experience until we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours .. First thing to note, when booking on Expedia it does not clearly state this but not all rooms are pet friendly. We were messaged by the property stating this and unfortunately, the room we booked was not pet friendly. The manager ultimately allowed us to keep our room though! Our coworkers stayed at……

“Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.”
