“Best Western needs to purchase new mattresses. The bed was not comfortable.”

“Got a double queen room. It was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful when we needed help and items. This is no frills luxury. Its straight to the point. A quiet place to lay your head, relax, and shower. It does have a small pool and hot tub which is well maintained. Has free internet access with your room. Not a bad place and would stay again.”

“Didn’t like not being able to check in upon arrival because we arrived at 2:30. Check in is 3:00. Desk clerk admitted room was ready but if we wanted to check in at 2:30 we had to pay an extra $35! The carpeting in hallways and room was in desperate need of cleaning. Charged $13 for services on top rate quoted. We had to chase down housekeeping to get a roll of toilet paper. Charged a fee for a resort . It had a pool!!! I will not stay again!”

“Clean, spacious, pleasant and helpful staff. Start the day off with a good breakfast and end the day with warm cookies. Would recommend and would stay again.”
