“Good cleaning, polite staff, good size rooms. Some room for improvement with room service system and shower setup. Room service recently converted to a digital system, but often missing menu items as meal times change. Had to call to get it fixed several times. Shower overhead is good, but handheld has low pressure and is mounted low.”
