“My stay at Summit Hotel Tacloban City was a mixed bag. On the cleanliness side, I'd rate it 3 stars — the hotel needs to step up its housekeeping standards overall, as several areas could have been noticeably cleaner during my visit. That said, the operations team more than made up for it, and I'm giving that side a full 5 stars. A special shoutout to Ely Laurent Almeria, who provided excellent service throughout my stay. “Beautiful gardens and location with jungle mountains in the background. There is a pool on the way which will be a real bonus. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen.”
