“The room is nice and clean and the pool is nice too”

“The aircon was not satisfying because it didn’t work right in spite of multiple adjustments I made. It was not as cold as I was expecting. The room was at 313. Prior to this , I also checked in at room 215 and the AC was in good running condition.”

“Our stay was great! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Shops were so convenient that we just had to cross a covered walkway and we were there!”

“2 huge cockroaches in our condo! Dusty! Their ad stated kitchenette but what kitchenette?! Not one solitary spoon! All this kitchenette had was a sink! no microwave, not even a kettle to boil water!! Their staff person entered my condo without permission, not even a knock!!! Good thing I wasn't naked coming out of the bathroom!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND this ZPad Residence to my enemy!!!”

“Clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, good dinner options on-site as well as coffee and cheesecake restaurant there in the lobby. Super friendly staff too. Will be back.”

“Amazing place, a real gem. Staff were incredible when my mum needed hospitalisation and acted with speed and care. Service of food could have been quicker as at times waited over an hour for simple dishes. But overall food is exceptional. A must stay and hope to be back.”
