“Everything about the hotel was terrible except for its location. The ordeal of climbing stairs before even approaching the building, the stairs inside the hotel, the stairs within the hotel itself. The air conditioning broke down the first night; it was freezing cold and I got sick. There were no windows in the room! I wanted to change rooms, but they wouldn't even talk to me. It's not a place that helps solve problems. Never again.”

“My flight was delayed and the front desk attendant was nice enough to meet me late at night. The room was worth its money. There were small packages of soap and shampoo, which were handy. Sadly, fewer properties have them, but Isaka hotel did. The same front desk attendant agreed to store my suitcase.
