“It was very nice, as expected. Have stayed there in past. No cookies this time. Staff said the hotel was full so they are not putting cookies out this week. Makes no sense. If all rooms occupied, then cookies for everyone. Put trash out on a morning when no housekeeper was coming to our room. 2 plastic bags were out there until we checked out. ”

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the……

“Bluewater Resort has it all. Wonderful clean cottage with full kitchen & all amenities. We rented a boat slip with electric to plug in daily. We were on the water 10 hours a day, the fishing spots are endless. In our many travels throughout TVR, this is the best location. The staff, where do I begin. Rachel is a gem, a bubbly ray of light & a wealth of info! Everyone was beyond friendly. Conversation, fishing tackle, gas & snacks right at the store. Wish we would never have to leave but……
