“Heated pool was great”

“Room very clean and staff great. The kitchen clean but did not know or was not told that we had to ask for the cooking pots and plates to the kitchen. I just assumed that it would be there like any other kitchenette I stay. Overall, everything was excellent.So was the young lady serving the breakfast?I have no complaints will be staying in the near future”

“Parking felt safe, room was clean”

“I paid for the room in full in February. When checking in they charged my Visa card for the room saying they did not have the payment on file! I am trying to get my refund but has been 6 days and has not happened!!!”

“The room was very clean, staff were friendly, Breakfast was plentiful. Great location with shopping close by.”

“Breakfast was good, sausage a little flat tasting. Room was sort of clean, use soap in bathroom, beds sort of made. Didn't have time for the Pool.”

“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“SOME STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY ENOUGH TO A CUSTOMER WHO HAS COME TO THIS LOCATION EVERY TIME WE VISIT A MAJOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY HERE. AMAZING WHAT ONE PERSON CAN DO TO A FACILITY”

“The WiFi is slow… Other than that, everything is good.”

“The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues.”
