“Heated pool was great”

“Room very clean and staff great. The kitchen clean but did not know or was not told that we had to ask for the cooking pots and plates to the kitchen. I just assumed that it would be there like any other kitchenette I stay. Overall, everything was excellent.So was the young lady serving the breakfast?I have no complaints will be staying in the near future”

“The staff was great and available throughout the stay. The breakfast was good, but could benefit from more hot options. The room was clean and cold, just the way we like it. My family and I enjoyed the stay. I will definetely book a future stay.”

“Breakfast was good, sausage a little flat tasting. Room was sort of clean, use soap in bathroom, beds sort of made. Didn't have time for the Pool.”

“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“The hotel was pleasant and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I understand their goal of wanting to save on washing by not switching out towels everyday unless you ask but I wasn't aware they wouldn't be making beds or vacuuming every day. I think that's something they should tell you upon checking in to their hotel. Also they "ran out" of creamer for the coffee at breakfast??? If you are offering free breakfast and coffee is part of that, shouldn't you be well stocked on everything???……

“The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues.”
