“Great little find, staff were super helpful. There was parking at the hotel, albeit only a few spaces, room was quiet and clean. I can’t believe it was so cheap for one night and in a great location for Shrewsbury, only a 10 min walk over the bridge. I would say the bed wasn’t super comfortable and the pillows were not to my liking. Due to the hot weather the room wasn’t that well ventilated but a fan was provided which was welcome. I feel these are only minor and my preferences rather than……

“Very good dinner menu with excellent staff. Breakfast offering was not so great. Bedroom (45) was poorly situated above the kitchen extractor and, whilst spotlessly clean, had a intercommunicating door which offered little noise insulation. The bathroom was stark, even by Premier Inn standards, and the offering of gels and soaps was poor. Hotel is in a lovely setting overlooking Dale End Park and the river beyond.”

“Nice staff, rooms nice and warm, stayed in room 101 TV signal on all channels had interference apart from that no complaints would definitely stay again. ”

“Hotel was oke, meer niet. Was prima voor een beursbezoek. Hotel lag wel gelegen op een gezellig plein en vlak bij een shoppingmall. En op 3 min van de beurs af. Dat was top. ”

“A very warm welcome- friendly helpful staff - very good food on the pub and good choice for breakfast-only downside is the traffic noise in the bedroom - which the pub can’t do anything about - ear plugs may help”
