“The hosts were amazing. You can see they take great pride in what they do, it certainly shines through. Can not recommend Steps Farmhouse enough. ”

“Nice place overall - clean and well kept. Owners are nice and friendly. The bad part is the sleep situation. For the room we had, there was a very bright security light from the neighbouring property up the hill, and the light shone onto the thin curtains of our room, and when the tree branches moved inbetween it created quite a light show in our room. There was a 2nd security light in the garden right behind which would come on intermittently, it was very bright and lit up the whole room, this……

“We didn’t like the fact that there was no one on site to talk to. We didn’t get fresh towels even though we stayed for 6 nights. The TV in the bedroom was broken and some of the cutlery was dirty. At the end of the stay we had to take all our rubbish to bins at the end of the street. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

“The hosts were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed and very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was first class very tasty and presentable. Would stay there again if in the area”

“The staff were all extremely helpful, over and above. I know the area well and have stayed in the hotel before - I will definitely return. It would be good if more rooms had walk in showers - only two rooms have them at the present time.”

“The suite was amazing!!! It was incredibly clean, spacious and had excellent amenities (ie. full kitchen and laundry). The host was available immediately to help with our late check-in. The location was also fantastic, as it was across the street to the beach and walkable to many restaurants, bars and cafes. Highly recommend”

“Denne lille perle et stykke uden for alfavej, viste sig at være så hyggeligt/autentisk, med værter som modtog een som var man en ven af huset. Der var så meget atmosfære, som vi håbede vi ville finde i en lokal Inn med beboer fra byen, som kom forbi med deres hunde osv.. Kan varmt anbefales.”
