“the check-in staff were horrible”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Mold on bathroom grout, chipped paint and holes in woodwork. NO amenities at all, not even plastic cups. No ice bucket. For two, only receive 2 bath and l handtowel, no washcloths. AC in first room didn't work 1x2 foot hole in the drywall, and front desk very reluctant to give me a new room. Bed comfortable and nice shower. There is NO WAY this is a 4 star property, maybe 1.5 stars.”
