My first initial room was terrible. Cracks and patches on walls, bug was hanging around, bathroom disgusting, bed area was dirty. I asked to be moved to another room. It was a little better...not by much really. The only saving grace was the amazing views as we chose the queen corner room with the city view. Also, during check in the computer I used to check in asked if i wanted a late check out at 2pm for $50. I did not get that as an option at the time, I did however change my mind and was charged $69 at the front desk instead. Needless to say if you plan on a late check out make sure you get that option in the beginning. This trip was for my birthday so I did not let any of this ruin my trip. I will definitely not be returning or recommending this hotel.

I had proud boy neighbors that were deliberately slamming doors like 15 times consecutively.to disturb others. I never saw any signs of security. Not enough dining options. I was looking forward to the lounge area on 4 where world music would play especially if it was cold out. Instead it looked like staff area with nothing useful being done there. I missed 2 nights of sleep and I don’t think the staff took me seriously when I complained about the harrassing noise. They wrote me off as an old lady but my money is new and it will not return. I don’t get enough vacation to have one ruined.Yotel needs to do a reset. P. S. I lost money on a trip that I didn’t take previous as well and the least you could’ve done was to upgrade my room. Greedy is not gonna work for you. You are lucky anyone old or young stays there.

In my opinion it’s not worth the money you pay for the location it’s too many options around that won’t charge you resort fees and have no amenities I definitely won’t be staying here again and also the staff was really rude

The property is beautiful! The area around 42 St has so many homeless people hanging out close to the shops and businesses that one does feel unsafe.

Good area to visit NY elevator situation can get packed lobby looks like it needs organizing staff is okay the cleaning lady comes super early so if you want a clean room you have to wake up at 8:30 am on vacation bathroom does not offer much privacy from the rest of the room

The restaurant and the outdoor rooftop terrace is not part of the hotel. If you want to sit out of on rooftop terrace the waitstaff makes you order something to sit outside. I get it but at the same time if I need to do some work, I dont need to be constantly harassed by the manager to order something and constantly coming out and looking over my shoulder. Also they said you can't bring a bottle of water from the outside sources. But I watched everyone that passed through the place with water bottles and they didn't get approached like I was.
