“The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the shampoo was not even there. The dispenser was not even on the wall. Couldn’t use the coffee pot as some of the components were missing! Seems like it was very quickly gone through. One of the water bottles that they bragged about having in the room was opened and partly empty. The coffee table was very dirty.”

“I liked that it was close walking distance to the Fieldhouse for the Fever game. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean all in all. It was a good overnight stay except… Our room the air conditioner was not working. It was 80° sleeping and I felt like we were at the races from the outside traffic speeding up and down the road other than that, it was a nice place.”

“For the price of the room, none of the outlets or the USBs worked by the bed. It was the smallest "queen" we have ever slept in. The ice machine did not have ice either morning we tried to fill it before our tournament. There was a cooler with "complimentary" bagged ice but eas empty the whole weekend. Tried calling the front desk multiple times during the weekend and I was on hold for 15 mins before even speaking to someone. When I pay this much for a room, I at least expect the bare minimum……

“The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location for dining and nightlife activities. The rooms are clean. The faucet in the tub was old and nearly coming out of the wall. Otherwise, the bathroom was okay. The check-in process was horrible. We did not receive our check-in information and link within 48 hours of our arrival. When we called the property, they stated the link would be sent on our arrival day. We mentioned that we might need to cancel to avoid the risk of driving for 2……

“I wouldn't know what the property looked like as I never received check in information. This "boutique hotel" has no on site staff, no direct number to contact, the whole company is essentially run by AI. It's actually obnoxious how horrible this experience was. The town was host to a convention and thank goodness I found one hotel with an available room. I took a red eye and arrived at the hotel exhausted and just wanting to rest. I stood outside for over an hour and a half just trying……
