“Our go to property when we come to Orlando for performances at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Rooms are always clean, nicely appointed and the Front Desk staff is pleasant and helpful.”

“Large condo, clean and right on the beach. All condos face the beach. Close parking and near the pier. Also were able to rent umbrella and chairs that were delivered right to us in thr lobby. We will be back again”

“Floor was dusty not properly cleaned, AC not working properly 1st night had to get fixed by maintenance next day and door with issues to open and close ”

I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no……

“The idea of the landing is great but the building needs to do a better job with cleaning and maintenance the apartment better. . The place wasn’t the cleanest , a roach came from behind the stove while cooking , its holes in the doors , the shower makes a weird noise as if water is going to gush out at any moment, one of the window don’t completely close so you can hear all the outside noise . . overall the place is okay. . Keel in mind it is downtown Orlando next to a bus terminal so sleep is……

“Pre-trip and on-trip communication was excellent. The location was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The convenience to the beach was great. The condo was roomy, I was able to cook for the family, it was peaceful and quiet. Overall a 5-star stay. We will definitely be returning! ”
