“We got there early gave the lady at the t desk our info and said we will be back at check in which was 4. Got back at 3:55 she said room not ready I said ok will it be at 4 which is check in time she said don't know we are busy. I was not happy we did get in our room at 4:20 Room was nice ocean view but was disappointed that there was poop on the tilt and fridge had some red stuff in it that spilled and microwave was not cleaned ”

“Check in and out instructions were easy. More like a VRBO than a hotel. Cold pool in April, hot tub also not working. Mildew smell but that’s most of Florida. Place was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Did have to strip beds and make sure dishes were clean prior to check out. ”

“The Property was not bad but the communication with the host was impossible, we booked the stay for 2 night and left after one night. We tried to contact the number provided in the folder, inside of the room and no one responded. I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no……

“The room was clean. The hostess was accessible. The only way to use the tv was if you had a pre existing account with a provider such as Prime etc. We do not use these apps and couldn’t use the tv. The hostess, Janet, came over within 4 minutes of us calling her and gave us access to her account. We didn’t go on vacation strictly for tv, however we did use it during the rain. The room was sufficient for what we needed, for the time being, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The furniture……

“The idea of the landing is great but the building needs to do a better job with cleaning and maintenance the apartment better. . The place wasn’t the cleanest , a roach came from behind the stove while cooking , its holes in the doors , the shower makes a weird noise as if water is going to gush out at any moment, one of the window don’t completely close so you can hear all the outside noise . . overall the place is okay. . Keel in mind it is downtown Orlando next to a bus terminal so sleep is……
