"Very poor experience, staffs are not helpful at the desk for all future customers this not a hotel but “ B&B” there are no staff but rude front desk workers with attitude housekeeping is poor safes do not work, coffee & tea are not replenished. "It's always a great stay here, but they need to do a better job with their air-conditioning. It was a heat wave and we had to change rooms because our air-conditioning was not working"

"The room was entered into whilst at the gym, cash & credit card stolen. There is no safe in the room. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. Requested keycard log. They took a very long time to produce it, long enough to tamper with? Log then showed no entry by any staff keycard. CCTV requested, none in corridors only elevators. Help to phone the police to report? Nope, said there is no point as all they will say is there is no evidence of room entry & no CCTV to support the allegation. Could see attempted transactions by stolen card in progress just before card was frozen. Is this a regular occurrence that is never followed up as there is never any proof? Advise not to leave anything of value in the room as there is no security & even less care by the hotel staff."

"The staff at the Mercury Hotel were very friendly and helpful, and that was definitely the highlight of our stay. One positive aspect was the location. It was close to a shopping centre, so everything you need is nearby. The connection to Paris was also convenient, with Uber costing around €20 one way. However, overall the hotel felt quite outdated. In our room there were signs of wallpaper falling off, and we also experienced a leaking pipe in the bathroom, which we reported to the staff. The swimming pool water was very warm, which was nice, but the breakfast was quite basic and not what I expected. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Out of all the Mercury hotels I have stayed in, this was definitely the poorest experience overall."
