“We are not casino people at all, but we needed a last minute place to stay in the area. We were impressed with the size, quality, and cleanliness of the room. The pool was nice as well with an adults only pool and a family pool. Room check in was smooth. We will come back for sure.”

“Very unhappy with our stay... could not find an ice machine on our floor so I tried calling front desk but the phone system did not work in our room and not in the hall phone either. Went down to front desk and was told to let myself in to the tea room which had no lights and find the freezer with ice in the dark. Halls had lights missing by the north elevators on the main floor. Furniture in bedroom was filthy... curtains needed engineering to fix minor issue but no engineering staff on……
