“Everything was Awesome ”

“The property was nice. The reservation and app system was difficult to navigate. Pickleball courts were under construction when we were there so only one court available until last day. The food was not good. I stuck with salads and veggies and buffet.”

“Wonderful stay! Will come back!! Staff-standout staff! The staff works incredibly hard and makes you feel very welcomed. Tip the staff!! Food-probably the best resort food I have ever had at a hotel. So many options and food had a great quality. We loved Magna, Oregano and surprisingly Raises with their unique menu. Magna breakfast was my favorite meal! No reservations and we never had to wait to be seated for a meal Pool/Beach-it often felt like the resort was empty because there was no……

“The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.”

“All of the staff was great. They’re very adamant about maintaining your room - but after a talk with our excellent Expedia rep, Dana, we were left to relax and enjoy the pools and beautiful beach.”
