“I don’t usually take the time to leave feedback about hotels, but this time I genuinely want to share my experience. First, the level of customer service is exceptional — truly unreal how good and attentive the entire staff is. The food was amazing as well. Normally by the end of my trips I’m tired of the food, but this place has such great restaurants that we were delighted every single day. The rooms are impeccably clean and spotless. And with only about 80 rooms, the hotel feels peaceful……

“When we initially walked toward the building, the side entrance leading towards the mural threw us off. Mainly curb appeal but, you'll forget all about it when you get to the main entrance. The lobby and hallways are spotless and smell clean. The beach view from our room was amazing. The staff was fantastic. Loved Vanessa, Angel and Carmen. The bar area had awesome drinks. We noticed that the room sheets and bed cover were not clean but, the front desk was extremely attentive to anything needed.……

“At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!”
