Kin Ha isn’t included at Casa Azul Maya anymore, which was a very family friendly beach club. "I stayed at Izla Hotel last year with a friend. We had an amazing time and no complaints. This year I went with some other people, hoping we would get the same experience. We did the all-inclusive and enjoyed all of the food and drink drinks that we had. The staff were lovely, especially the bartenders. They really went out of their way to get to know us and make sure that we had a great time. The beds were comfortable and we slept well "

"Good position with excellent staff and good choice of restaurants. The only negative was finding ourselves in a room with an adjoining door to an extremely noisy group of other guests. Fortunately this only impacted us on the last day but was it was pretty dreadful and stopped us sleeping. If you’re a couple I would make sure you are not put into one of these rooms. If I were the hotel I wouldn’t put multiple party people in such a room where the only soundproofing is a thin wooden door. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."
