“I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it.
Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome.
The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious!

“I cannot say enough about Atelier! We have been to Mexico roughly 20 times but this was our first stay at this resort, and it did not disappoint. Resort was impeccable, rooms were beautiful (my favorite of any resort I’ve stayed at) and the service was phenomenal. I wish I would have wrote down more names to shout out, but I did want to give a special review of our pool server, Damarys, who could not have been more outstanding!! She was so unbelievably accommodating and sweet to our entire……

“Garza Blanca is a wonderful “new-feel” resort, in a quieter area outside the busier Cancun hotel zone. The friendly staff was very helpful and addressed a small problem in our room promptly. Our room was spotless! There is a great variety of food options on the property and the white sandy beach and outdoor pool areas are super. My husband particularly appreciated the gym facility. ”
