"The rooms were dirty and in need of a deep clean, the teenage staff behaved immaturely, and the pools and hot tubs were the dirtiest I have ever seen (only one was swimmable). At one point, I spoke to a room staff member who did not speak English. I will not be returning to this resort and I felt cheated by my stay there. Traveling takes time and money, and when a resort advertises amenities that are not clean or functioning properly, it detracts from the overall experience and expectations. While my vacation was not completely ruined, the resort did not live up to its advertised standards."
