“The staff were really helpful, both when booking and on arrival. The lady who dealt with our booking gave very useful information about the centre. We travelled from Sussex on the day and our parking was available on arrival and accessible at all times. We arrived on a Sunday for the concert at Ludlow Castle, the staff were really accommodating with our timings. The room was very well organised and clean, beds very comfy! Facilities in the room were provided and the bathroom clean and……

“The rooms were clean, didn't see any staff but was able to get in touch to get directions on assessing the property. The grounds provided a nice walk. Pool was closed but didn't have time to use it anyway.”

“The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy, the hosts are lovely and friendly and very talkative and they offer lots of knowledge about walks and activities in wales and have leaflets avaliable with information about activities. The hosts were also very quick to help with anything that was needed. Also the breakfast was amazing and there was lots of options to choose from”
