“Hotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. “Stayed for two nights midweek. At first we wondered what we had come to as there was a urine smell at the bottom of the stairwell, but maybe this was pervading from outside as the door is not a well fitting one, because as we further ascended the smell went, and once in our room it was fine.
